Shipping & Delivery
At Dunn & Co., every piece is handmade with care and shipped with the same level of intention and attention to detail.

Most in-stock items are carefully prepared and ship within 24 hours after your order is placed and payment has been received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Pacific Time), as well as orders placed on weekends or holidays, will ship on the next business day (Monday–Friday). If an unexpected delay of more than 48 hours occurs, we will contact you promptly.

All orders are shipped via UPS Overnight and are fully insured for their full value. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Domestic delivery within the United States is typically next business day, excluding weekends and carrier holidays.

Saturday delivery may be available in select locations for an additional carrier fee. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you wish to request Saturday delivery.
​
For security and fraud protection, all shipments require a direct adult signature upon delivery.
​
To ensure the safety of your purchase, Dunn & Co. ships exclusively to a billing address verified by your credit card company or PayPal. All client details must match the information on file with the payment provider. At this time, we are unable to ship to alternate addresses, including friends, relatives, jewelers, offices, or other third parties.

Why we require verified addresses:

Fine jewelry is high value and often irreplaceable. These measures allow us to protect our clients, prevent fraud, and ensure each piece arrives securely and responsibly.

If you would like someone else to receive or review an item on your behalf, they must place the order themselves and have it shipped to their own verified billing address.
International Orders
International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis.
​
All international shipments are sent fully insured via an expedited carrier service with signature required. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
​
Clients are responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees, which are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Dunn & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Due to the complexities of international shipping and customs regulations, all international sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.

We encourage international clients to contact us before placing an order so we can confirm shipping options and expectations.
Returns & Review Period
We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase from Dunn & Co.

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for review, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, with all original packaging and documentation included.
​
Custom-designed pieces, special orders, engraved items, and any jewelry that has been resized or altered are final sale and are not eligible for return.
​
Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend using a fully insured, trackable shipping method, as Dunn & Co. cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
​
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse. Any work performed by a third party voids return eligibility.
