Jewelry Warranty

Each Dunn & Co. piece is made with care, intention, and respect for lasting craftsmanship.

For five (5) years from the date of purchase, this warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear. If a manufacturing defect is found during this period, Dunn & Co. will repair the piece at no charge.

Melee diamonds lost through normal wear are covered during the warranty period.

One complimentary ring resizing is included within 90 days of purchase, subject to the integrity and design limitations of the piece.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and surface scratches, accidental damage, misuse, loss or theft of center stones, or damage resulting from impact, improper care, or abnormal wear. Any work, repair, resizing, or alteration performed by a third party voids this warranty. All warranty services are performed exclusively in house by Dunn & Co.

We strongly recommend insuring fine jewelry through an independent insurance provider to protect against loss, theft, or accidental damage.
